Personnel Training Services:We provide customers with free technician training services, delivering hands-on instruction to help their operators master equipment operation methods, maintenance techniques, and basic repair skills—empowering clients to efficiently manage and maintain their equipment.
Spare Parts Supply Service:Leveraging its own manufacturer of wear parts, the company can promptly supply customers with genuine spare parts, ensuring that when components fail, suitable replacements are quickly available for seamless repairs—and minimizing equipment downtime in the process.
Warranty Service:During the warranty period, if components are damaged due to product quality issues or non-natural wear and tear, the company will provide free replacement. However, if the damage is caused by the buyer, only the cost of the replacement parts will be charged.
Fault Response Service:When equipment malfunctions during the production process, the company will provide a clear solution within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s call. Adhering to the principle of restoring production first and addressing accountability afterward, we swiftly resolve issues to minimize the impact of the failure on ongoing operations. If necessary, maintenance technicians will be dispatched to the site for on-site repairs.
