Horizontally split pump casing: The pump body is horizontally divided into upper and lower halves along the axial line, allowing maintenance without dismantling the pipelines—simply lift off the pump cover to access and service components like the impeller and sealing rings, significantly reducing both maintenance costs and time.
Volute Flow Channel Optimization: The spiral volute design ensures smooth liquid flow, minimizing turbulence losses and enhancing hydraulic efficiency. Some models feature a coating made from advanced polymer composite materials, which further reduces frictional resistance, boosting efficiency by an additional 2% to 5%.Performance advantages
