The WQ model non-clog submersible sewage pump is a new-generation pump product successfully developed by integrating domestic pump application characteristics with advanced foreign technology. It features remarkable energy-saving performance, anti-entanglement capabilities, complete blockage prevention, and comes equipped with automatic installation and self-control functionalities. Additionally, it excels uniquely in handling the discharge of solid particles and long-fiber debris.
This pump series features a unique impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal, enabling it to efficiently handle fluids containing solid particles and long fibrous materials. Compared to conventional impellers, this pump’s impeller is designed with either a single-flow or dual-flow configuration—resembling a bent pipe of the same cross-sectional size—and offers exceptional flow characteristics. Paired with a carefully engineered volute chamber, the pump delivers high efficiency. Additionally, the impeller undergoes rigorous static and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring smooth operation with zero vibration and minimal noise during runtime.
