Overview
The WQ submersible sewage pump is developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies, combined with the specific characteristics of domestic pump applications. It features excellent energy-saving performance, anti-entanglement capabilities, zero clogging, automatic installation, and automated control.
Structural Features
The impeller features a unique design: it incorporates either a single-channel or dual-channel configuration, resembling a bent pipe of identical cross-sectional size. This design ensures excellent flow characteristics, allowing the pump to efficiently pass fiber-like materials up to 5 times the diameter of the pump inlet, as well as solid particles with diameters roughly equivalent to 50% of the pump’s inlet size.
Mechanical seals are highly reliable: typically featuring a dual, series-connected sealing design made from durable, corrosion-resistant materials like hard tungsten carbide, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
The protection system is fully equipped: a high-precision, anti-interference water-leak detection sensor is installed in the sealed oil chamber, while thermal-sensitive elements are pre-embedded within the stator windings. Additionally, a fully automatic control cabinet can be provided to offer automated protection against issues such as pump leakage, electrical faults, overload conditions, and overheating.
Flexible installation options: Choose from two methods—fixed automatic coupling systems or mobile, free-standing installations—tailored to your specific needs.Structure Diagram

Technical specifications
Traffic 8-2600 m³/h Head height 5-60m Power 0.75-250kW Rotational speed 580-2900r/min Caliber 25-500mm Temperature range ≤60℃ Application scenarios
1. Municipal and Public Facilities Sector
Municipal wastewater treatment plant: Used to lift sewage from components such as the screen well, grit chamber, and aeration tank, or to convey mixed liquids containing small amounts of sludge.
Municipal drainage system: Addressing road flooding during the rainy season, groundwater seepage in underground parking garages, and boosting the discharge of domestic sewage from urban villages and old city districts.
Public building amenities: such as underground sewage tanks and restroom drainage systems in subway stations, stadiums, and large shopping malls—addressing the issue of "low-water-level sewage unable to flow naturally."2. Industrial Production Sector
Light industry (food, textiles, papermaking): Produces wastewater containing small amounts of fibers and residues—such as fruit and vegetable washing water from food plants or mid-stage effluent from paper mills.
Heavy industry (machinery, metallurgy, chemicals): Transporting cooling wastewater and equipment-cleaning effluents that do not contain highly corrosive media—requires the selection of wear-resistant models capable of handling metal debris in the water.
Construction site: Pumping out accumulated water from foundation pits and pile holes, or flushing wastewater from the mixing station (which must feature a structural design resistant to silt and sediment blockage).3. Civil and Agricultural Sectors
Residential complexes / Villas: Designed for wastewater discharge from underground sewage lift stations and septic tanks, particularly suitable for low-rise or standalone buildings that are not connected to the municipal main sewer line.
Rural Environmental Management: Replacing the traditional "manual cleaning + gravity-based discharge" with sewage lifting from centralized rural wastewater treatment plants or effluent discharge from decentralized septic systems used by individual households.
Agricultural irrigation / Aquaculture: Pumping out accumulated water from farm ditches and draining/replacing water in fish ponds (ensure non-toxic materials are used to prevent water contamination).Industry Applications
