The G and GH-type gravel pumps feature a single-pump casing design connected by a clamp, ensuring wide-flow channels for efficient material passage. The pump’s wetted components are crafted from wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high-chromium alloys. Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is specifically designed as a high-head pump, ideal for the continuous handling of highly abrasive materials—those with particles so large that conventional slurry pumps would struggle to transport them effectively. This pump model is particularly well-suited for applications like dredging operations on mud-sucking vessels, channel maintenance and deepening, mining activities, and the efficient conveyance of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.
